- Warehouse
Responsibilities include shipping and receiving duties, loading and unloading trucks, pulling and packing orders and receiving and restocking products with forklift and reach truck. Must also manage stock and inventory control, clean, maintain and prepare warehouse for next day of business and have the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive environment. Individual is also required to have the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, be able to read, write, count accurately and work in seasonally warm and cool environment. No tile experience is required--we will train you to become part of our growing and exciting industry.
- Sales
Commercial/Architectural Sales — Ideal candidates for our fun and friendly Architectural Sales team must have a strong drive to be successful, a high energy level, positive expectations and a focus on sales goals. Responsibilities include tracking and managing projects through each stage of the specifying, bidding, and construction process to completion, develop and grow existing accounts within an established territory and make presentations to prospects to familiarize them with new products. Position requires keeping current on all products and related information, installation advances, industry standards, sales strategies and participating in company sales meetings and sharing successful strategies with your associates.
Dealer — Applicants for this position must possess a robust instinct to be successful, maintain a positive attitude and be sales goals orientated. Prospecting, closing skills, persistence and self confidence are an A+. Responsibilities include recommending new products, identifying possibility for product improvements and new product mixes, explaining product potential, obtaining orders, developing new customers and opening new accounts and expanding sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and how to merchandise them. Position requires keeping current on all products and related information, installation advances, industry standards, sales strategies and participating in company sales meetings and sharing successful strategies with your associates.
- Truck Drivers
Applicants are required to have Class A, B or CDL with clean driving record, be at least 21 years of age, have verifiable commercial driving experience of at least one (1) year and knowledge of Tri-State area. Position requires traveling on established truck routes (Business to Business) using well maintained, modern fleet, being a team player and customer service orientated. Must be able to drive vehicle weighing up to 34,000 GVW. Applicants are also required to be able to read road maps, follow directions, have good verbal/written communication skills and basic math skills. Must pass a drug screen/alcohol screen, Motor Vehicle Record review and criminal background review.
- Corporate Administration
Candidates should possess excellent computer, communication, problem-solving and organization skills and experience in a role directly related to position. Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Positions continually require demonstrated tact, diplomacy, discretion and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Favorable to have a drive to improve and implement new processes and procedures. Corporate Administration Opportunities are: Accounts Receivables and Payables, Administrative Support, Corporate Accounting, Human Resources and Safety, Inventory and Purchasing Control.
- Design Consultant / Customer Service
Candidates must be creative with a passion for design and cheerfully provide outstanding customer service in our beautiful retail showroom. Responsibilities include working with retail customers, trade professionals, designers and custom home builders. This position offers the rewarding opportunity of helping customers solve their decorating challenges. It is required to keep current on all products and related information, installation advances, industry standards and participating in company meetings with your associates. Proprietary software training will be provided, however, a basic understanding of standard software functionality in a Windows environment is helpful. Ceramic tile experience is not essential, but is helpful.
