From North:
- Blue Route (476) South to Exit 16 Schuylkill Expressway (76E).
- Take first Exit 344 (23rd St) and after exiting, make first right onto 23rd street.
- Continue straight and turn right on Sansom street.
- At 24th St, turn left to park in lot on right at 24th and Sansom.
- Office is handicapped accessible from entrance doors on left side of lot, OR walk up to Walnut and enter from street level (on the right side of Walnut Street at 24th Street). (If entering from the lot, please check in at desk and go to Floor 3.)
From PA Turnpike:
- PA Tpke (276) east to 476 South
- Blue Route (476) South to Exit 16 Schuylkill Expressway (76E).

- Take I-95 North to I-76 exit
- Take I-76/ pa-291 exit and go over the Platt bridge
- Make a left onto I-76
- Follow I-76 to Chestnut St. exit (#345)
- Make a right onto Chestnut Street.
- Make a right onto 23rd Street.
- Continue straight and turn right on Sansom street.
- At 24th St, turn left to park in lot on right at 24th and Sansom.
- Office is handicapped accessible from entrance doors on left side of lot, OR walk up to Walnut and enter from street level (on the right side of Walnut Street at 24th Street). (If entering from the lot, please check in at desk and go to Floor 3.)
From West:
- Take Route 42 east to Walt Whitman Bridge.
- Go over Walt Whitman Bridge and proceed onto I-76
- Follow I-76 to Chestnut Street exit (#345)
- Make a right onto Chestnut Street.
- Make a right onto 23rd Street.
- Continue straight and turn right on Sansom street.
- At 24th St, turn left to park in lot on right at 24th and Sansom.
