Design Sales Consultant

Inside sales representative that promotes Garden State Tile through the sale of products to trade professionals and end users that focus on the residential customer base which includes but is not limited to; tile contractors, kitchen/bath, residential home builders and remodelers, interior designers and homeowners. Responsible for sales growth and development of the residential customer base through the cultivation of new relationships. Responsible for the entire cycle of a transaction from placing the order to the delivery ensuring customer satisfaction and order accuracy. Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members. Communicate effectively and assist team members as needed to achieve operational and company goals. When necessary assume any position as needed and/or directed to achieve company’s daily output needs.

Customer Service

Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members, outside sales representatives, peers, managers and management. When necessary assume any position as needed and/or directed to achieve company’s daily output needs.

CSR experience a plus but will train the right person.  Tile experience not necessary.

Customer Service/Design Sales Consultant

Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members, outside sales representatives, peers, managers and management. Responsible for the entire cycle of a transaction from placing the order to the delivery ensuring customer satisfaction and order accuracy. Assist customers in showroom as needed. When necessary assume either position as needed and/or directed to achieve company’s daily output needs.

Customer Service Supervisor

Supervisory role to customer service representatives. Works with and trains, coaches, and mentors CSRs on how to deliver the best customer service possible. Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members. Exemplify company standards of accuracy, courteous and timely customer service. Regular communication with the Operations Manager in regards to improving performance, productivity and efficiency. When necessary assume any position as needed and/or directed to achieve company’s daily output needs.

Distribution & Logistics Manager

Responsible for managing the distribution and delivery functions of the organization. Work in conjunction with entire organization; Management, Operations Managers, Warehouse Manager and peers to provide efficient, accurate, timely goals of the company. Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members. Retain Supervisor Training for Alcohol Misuse and Controlled Substances and expedite Random Drug Testing completion. Maintain a safe, accurate, efficient logistics through the adherence of federal, local and company policies. When necessary assume any position as needed and/or directed to achieve company’s daily output needs.

Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities include shipping and receiving duties, loading and unloading trucks, pulling and packing orders and receiving and restocking products with forklift and reach truck. Must also manage stock and inventory control, clean, maintain and prepare warehouse for next day of business and have the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive environment. Individual is also required to have the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, be able to read, write, count accurately and work in seasonally warm and cool environment. No tile experience is required–we will train you to become part of our growing and exciting industry.

Warehouse Manager

Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, accurate and timely dispatch of goods. Assist Operations Manager or Distribution Manager to plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse, manage teams of workers and deal with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of warehouse staff. Oversee picking, packing and distribution activity to meet the daily exceptions of the company as a whole. Establish guidelines and monitor cycle counts ensuring inventory accuracy. Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members. When necessary assume any position as needed and/or directed to achieve company’s daily output needs. Maintain a safe, clean and efficient warehouse through the adherence of federal, local and company policies.

Sales

Architectural & Design: Outside sales representative that promotes Garden state tile products to trade /professional customers that focus on the commercial part of the business. These customers include architectural firms, architectural design firms, design build, facility planning, national store chains, hospitals/health care, hospitality/hotel developers. Selling of Garden state tile products to these customers through the following activities:

  • Account Merchandising / sampling
  • Relationship building and mapping
  • Product expertise so you can do product presentations and Product training
  • Account auditing & developing
  • Account researching / prospecting / targeting
  • Account pricing (with operations manager)
  • Opportunity tracking in our CRM program

 

Residential Account Manager: Outside sales representative that promotes Garden state tile products to trade /professional customers that focus on the residential part of the business. These customers include tile stores (retailers/dealers) floor covering stores, Interior designers, home builders, design build firms, Kitchen and bath stores. Selling of Garden state tile products to above customers through the following activities:

  • Account Merchandising / sampling
  • Relationship building and mapping
  • Product expertise so you can do product presentations and Product training
  • Account auditing & developing
  • Account researching / prospecting / targeting
  • Account pricing (with operations manager)
Truck Drivers

Class A: Responsible for transporting goods using heavy or tractor-trailer trucks as designated by Class A certification. Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of trailer, safety initiatives vehicle maintenance and keeping CDL license in good standing. Courtesy and timely collection and delivery of funds received during delivery process. Assist in the warehouse as needed to achieve companies daily output needs. When necessary assume any position as needed and/or directed to achieve company’s daily output needs.

Class B: Responsible for transporting goods and delivering customer orders using trucks as designated by Class B certification. Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of trailer, safety initiatives vehicle maintenance and keeping CDL license in good standing. Courtesy and timely collection and delivery of funds received during delivery process. Assist in the warehouse as needed to achieve companies daily output needs. Corporate Administration

Candidates should possess excellent computer, communication, problem-solving and organization skills and experience in a role directly related to position. Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Positions continually require demonstrated tact, diplomacy, discretion and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Favorable to have a drive to improve and implement new processes and procedures. Corporate Administration Opportunities are: Accounts Receivables and Payables, Administrative Support, Corporate Accounting, Human Resources and Safety, Inventory and Purchasing Control.

Senior Operations Manager

Responsible to direct and coordinate the success of the operations through daily leadership and guidance. Charged with improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members. Holds supervisory position over Operations Managers, Assistant Operations Managers and Operations Manager Trainees. When necessary assume any position as needed and/or directed to achieve company’s daily output needs.

Responsible to direct and coordinate all facets of the operation. Charged with improving performance, monitoring inventory, productivity, efficiency, growth and profitability through the implementation of effective methods, strategies and personnel. Recruit, train, manage, support and retain staff through setting procedures and exemplifying company values. Provide open communication with staff, team members and management. Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members. Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization’s financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Maintain a safe, clean and efficient operation through the adherence of federal, local and company policies. Operations Manager Trainee

Responsible for working alongside manager and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of succession to Operations Manager in a reasonably established timeframe. Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members. Assistant Operations Manager

Responsible for working alongside the Operations Manager assisting with daily operation, objectives, goals and personnel needs.
